The chameleon is a lizard that can change the color of its skin! It can turn green, brown, yellow, and even blue. Chameleons change color to show how they feel or to talk to other chameleons. They have funny feet that grip branches like little mittens.
Chameleons have amazing eyes that can look in two directions at the same time! One eye can look forward while the other looks backward. They catch bugs by shooting out their super long, sticky tongue really fast. Their tongue can be longer than their whole body!
