Every person in the world needs a special place to call home! Homes are where we sleep, eat, and spend time with our families. Some homes are made of wood or bricks, and others are made of mud, grass, or even ice! No matter what they look like, homes keep us safe and dry from the rain and wind.
Homes can look very different depending on where you live. In busy cities, families might live in tall apartment buildings that reach for the sky. In places with lots of water, people build houses on tall stilts to stay dry above the water! Some families even live on houseboats that float! Every home is a wonderful place for the family who lives there!
