Oceans are very big areas of saltwater that cover most of our Earth. There are five main oceans: the Pacific, Atlantic, Indian, Southern, and Arctic. The Pacific Ocean is the biggest one of all. It is even larger than all the land on Earth put together!
Each ocean is special and different. The Indian Ocean is very warm and full of colorful fish. The Southern and Arctic Oceans are very cold and have big pieces of ice floating in them. Many amazing animals like whales, dolphins, and sea turtles live in the oceans. Oceans are very important for our planet!
