The sun is the center of our solar system and is by far its biggest object. It’s a giant ball of hot, glowing gas that provides us with light and warmth.
Without the sun, life on Earth would not be possible! It’s so big that over a million Earths could fit inside it! Because it’s so hot, it shines very brightly and is what makes our day possible.
